Gluten Free: We use certified gluten free ingredients. We use a designated Gluten Free kitchen to make your item. We happen to have 3 kitchens so we can do this at certain times of the year when our small kitchen is not in use!
Gluten Friendly: We use certified gluten free ingredients, wheat free ingredients and or we make them in our Gluten Free Zone in our normal bakery and kitchen.
