We are always looking to fill our shows with unique, creative and artistic talent and
we always find space for everyone, best thing about a show on a farm!
Market Shows are FREE to public, but we charge vendors a $15.00 fee (Spring & Summer) now due to having to apply to and pay Oshtemo Township for an event permit on our own property.
September Show is $30.00 per Vendor.

ALL SHOWS ARE OUTDOORS ONLY!
ONE SPACE = 12 X 12 = 1 REGULAR POP UP TENTS
NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE
SET UP BEGINS NO EARLIER THAN 7:30 A.M.
YOU MUST STAY UNTIL THE END OF SHOW
YOU ONLY PAY THE DAY OF THE SHOW WHEN YOU ARRIVE! WE DO NOT ACCEPT PRE-PAYMENT!
YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TENT, TABLES, CHAIRS & DISPLAY
YOU MUST BE SET UP BY 9:00 A.M.
YOUR VEHICLES MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM SHOPPING AREA

OUR MISSION STATEMENT: We are hosting not just a show but a Farm Market Experience to help bring recognition and attention to you as artists, designers, crafters and entrepreneurs as well as to our own business ventures! We want every entrepreneur to have an opportunity to grow his or her business in our community; we believe in “Paying it Forward.” Our goal is to continue to grow our business and success as well as help others like you do the same! We welcome the chance to share our market experience with everyone!
OUR EXPECTATIONS: We want everyone participating in this event to have a prosperous and happy day as well as the customers and their families to have a great shopping experience! Please bring a great attitude and your awesome wares to ensure we all have a wonderful event! Wear your smile;) Customers love a kind, smiling face an are more apt to buy from you. Being polite to customers, other vendors and staff is a requirement, not a suggestion!
ARRIVAL/ PLACEMENT/ SET - UP: 7:30 a.m. to 8:50 a.m.
Please do not arrive before 7:00 a.m. The gates will NOT OPEN until 7:00 a.m. Oshtemo Township does NOT ALLOW parking on the road. Booth placement is first come first serve and is dependent on Kelly’s decisions to place you as you arrive. You will not always be able to keep your vehicle next to your booth. Park where directed to set-up and move vehicle to designated parking area. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN TENT, TABLES, CHAIRS & DISPLAY. Respect the boundaries of your booth space and neighbor. If you are unsure of fitting into a normal space discussions with Kelly will need to take place, before the show date arrives so we can make adjustments for you accordingly.
DISPLAY & BOOTH: We expect your space to look beautiful and eye catching. All tables that are used to display your items need real table cloths or fabrics, do not use plastic or bare plastic tables. (EXCEPTIONS BEING REPURPOSED FURNITURE TABLES.) We want your space to stand out and be as unique as your items. Remember to use decorative pieces and be artistic in all displays. NEW THIS YEAR WE WILL AWARD BEST IN SHOW! THIS AWARD WILL INCLUDE FREE LUNCH FOR OWNER & ENTRY FEE PAID FOR NEXT SHOW!
EARLY SET-UP: Early Set-Up may occur on Friday from Noon to 5:30 p.m.
If you choose Early Set-Up on Friday, please note that regular business and tours will take precedence so please be patient as to where you will be assigned to set up.
TENTS: Tents must be no larger than your booth space, tied or weighted down, and in good, clean condition. All booths will be in grass, sand, dirt or gravel.
TEAR DOWN: Tearing down before the end of the show is unacceptable. We have advertised to our guests that you will be there from 9:00 a.m until a certain time, each show is different.
May Show 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.
June Show 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
July Show 9:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
September Show 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
If your booth is empty before end time stack your materials neatly in your booth and walk around and enjoy the show! Before leaving your booth space, please look around and leave NOTHING behind. Feel free to lend a hand to your neighbor when packing or loading up;)
ELECTRICITY: Not Available.
BATHROOMS: We Only have Porta-Johns.
WEATHER: The event will go on with rain as planned. SEVERE WEATHER WE WILL DELAY AT THE BEGINNING OF THE DAY.
ATTIRE: This is Michigan! We all know Michigan weather, could be sunny and 75, rainy and 40 and everything in between! Wear layers and be prepared for all types of conditions.
SHOPPER ADMISSION: FREE & FREE PARKING
FOOD: You are welcome to bring your own food and snack, but you may also enjoy ours! Our kitchen will be serving up our seasonal favorites!
ADVERTISING: You may utilize our FaceBook Event to advertise your attendance in our event as soon as you have been accepted. NEW THIS YEAR! We do Vendor Spot Lights on our page and advertise your stuff hopefully drawing people to our show!
HELP-FULL VENDOR TIPS:
1. HAVE CASH! BE ABLE TO MAKE CHANGE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS. NO ATM!
2. TEST OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD DEVICE EARLY. BE SURE IT WORKS AT OUR LOCATION.
3. BRING EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR TENT… BUNGIES, WEIGHTS, ETC…
4. BRING TABLES, WALLS, DISPLAYS. REMEMBER NOTHING IS PROVIDED.
5. PRICE YOUR ITEMS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AND USE WHOLE DOLLARS, NO ONE HAS TIME FOR COINS.

INSURANCE/ LOSS: VerHage Fruit Farms & Cider Mill is not responsible for loss of items due to weather, theft or damage of any kind during set-up, overnight hours, during the even or at tear-down. If you wish, check with your insurance company on whether or not your items are covered while at the event under your own personal policy. VerHage Fruit Farms is not responsible for any loss that may arise to the vendor, vendors employees or merchandise. Vendor agrees that this is a contract and shall be interpreted and enforced pursuant of the law of Michigan. Please be sure your homeowner’s policy
covers your items during this sale, if you desire.
